Wooden Lacing Number Beads

Build confidence in early maths with this hands-on nwooden lacing number beads, designed to help children practise number work, addition, subtraction and comparing values through active play.

The set includes 104 colour-coded beads, with 60 natural wooden number beads showing 0 to 9 and 44 red operation beads featuring plus, minus, equals, greater than and less than symbols. Children can lace the beads together to create number sentences, compare amounts and solve simple calculations in a practical and engaging way.

Also included are 12 workcards, each showing a question on one side and the answer on the reverse for easy self-checking. The cards are colour coded across 3 levels, covering simple addition and subtraction up to 10, addition and subtraction up to 20, and greater than and less than activities. This makes the set ideal for guided learning, independent practice and differentiated maths activities.

Made from Beech Wood, the beads are tactile, durable and easy for small hands to handle, helping to support both fine motor development and early mathematical understanding.
