Here at Cosy we’re working hard to ensure all orders that are placed with us are fulfilled ASAP; some of our lead times are longer than usual as our suppliers are struggling to keep up with the demand and we apologise for any disappointment and inconvenience this may cause.
Current expected time scales for deliveries are contained in the delivery information below.
We have an enormous amount of deliveries coming into the business through September, and are also moving into a new premises twice the size which will allow more output under social distancing to keep our team safe.
Please persevere with us and we’ll endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible.

We endeavour to get the goods out to you as soon as possible, our current expected timescales for delivery are as follows.
- Stocked Items
• If the items you select are currently in stock we’re achieving deliveries to customers within 2-3 weeks for orders that do not require pallet delivery and 4 weeks for those that do.
- Non-stocked items
- For any products we normally hold within our warehouse but are currently out of stock we’re liaising with suppliers to secure stock as quickly as possible, delays within our manufacturer’s supply chains mean that we anticipate deliveries within a 4 – 6 week period for such items.
- Made to Order Items & Cosy Items
• Products with a 'made to order' icon have been developed by ourselves with your input; these products are manufactured by high quality craftsmen, often using natural or recycled resources presently we’re fulfilling the majority of these orders within 6 – 8 weeks.
3. Direct Delivery Items
Items market with a ‘lorry’ are delivered direct from suppliers.
Generally deliveries are 4-6 weeks. However due to the ongoing impact of Covid-19 we are seeing an impact on many furniture items with lead times which are longer than usual.
Please feel free to contact a member of our sales team to discuss delivery dates for any outstanding orders.
As per the industry standard for carriers they will guarantee to deliver to pavement/kerb side level only.
Please note due to the varied product types and suppliers we may part ship your orders to ensure you receive the reserved items as soon as possible. Any remaining items would then be on back order and sent out on future deliveries.
Deliveries can be made during school holidays and we would therefore ask you to advise us of this so we can action this for you. Otherwise during the school holidays dates orders will be stored until schools re open.
Our standard carriage costs are as follows-
Orders over £200 (ex vat) – Free
Orders under £200 (ex vat) - £5.95 + vat
Orders with heavy/bulky products will be subject to a one off delivery cost of £35 + vat (regardless of order value) These products are identified by the heavy symbol.
If any Item within your order has two heavy symbols this denotes that your order will be subjected to a one off £50+VAT carrier surcharge.
Please note these charges are only applicable for the UK Mainland. Carriage costs will differ for Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, The Channel Isles and any other International destination.
