Here at Cosy we’re working hard to ensure all orders that are placed with us are fulfilled ASAP. In the press you will have seen the worldwide shortages of materials and significant wood price increases, unfortunately due to this some of our lead times are longer than usual and we apologise for any disappointment and inconvenience this may cause.

Current expected time scales for deliveries are contained in the delivery information below.

Amendments/ Cancellations

Please take a few minutes to check through this to ensure that we have placed the order correctly for you. Please email with any changes. Please note that any amendments/cancellations need to be advised to us within 24 working hours. We will then be able to amend accordingly for you.


We endeavour to get the goods out to you as soon as possible, our current expected timescales for delivery are as follows.

Stocked Items

For stocked items we aim to deliver as quickly as possible. However, if there are items selected currently out of stock, deliveries to customers are normally within 4-5 weeks for orders that do not require pallet delivery. 5-6 weeks for those that do.

Direct Delivery Items /made to order items

Larger items made to order and marked with a ‘lorry’ are delivered direct from suppliers.
Generally deliveries are 6 weeks however due to the worldwide shortages and demand these are currently 8-10 weeks.

Please feel free to contact a member of our sales team to discuss delivery dates for any outstanding orders.

As per the industry standard for carriers they will guarantee to deliver to pavement/kerb side level only.

Please note due to the varied product types and suppliers we may part ship your orders to ensure you receive the reserved items as soon as possible. Any remaining items would then be on back order and sent out on future deliveries.

Deliveries can be made during school holidays and we would therefore ask you to advise us of this so we can action this for you. Otherwise during the school holidays dates orders will be stored until schools re open.


Our standard carriage costs are as follows-

Orders over £200 (ex vat) – Free

Orders under £200 (ex vat) - £5.95 + vat

Orders with heavy/bulky products will be subject to a one off delivery surcharge of £39 + vat (regardless of order value) These products are identified by the heavy symbol.

If any Item within your order has two heavy symbols this denotes that your order will be subjected to a one off £70+VAT carrier surcharge.

Please note these charges are only applicable for the UK Mainland. Carriage costs will differ for Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, The Channel Isles and any other International destination.
