Returns Policy

We’re very proud of our products and we’re sure you’ll love them too, if however you’d like to return anything to Cosy please ensure you contact our customer service team first to discuss the options available to you.

Return of damaged or faulty goods

If the reason for return is because your product has arrived damaged or faulty or it has subsequently developed a fault whilst in your care please photograph the goods and call our customer service team for advice, we’ll ask you to forward the pictures to us so we can make an assessment on how to proceed. If an agreement is made to return the goods we will make the necessary arrangements with our carrier and will cover the cost to return the goods.

Return of non-faulty goods

If you’d like to return a non-faulty item to Cosy you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and the goods must remain in their original packaging and in a resalable condition, if both these criteria are met please contact our customer service team to discuss the next steps, you can make your own arrangements to return the goods or we can organise this for you, if the product needs to go on a pallet the return will be subject to a £60 return charge to cover the return fees and if it is small enough to be returned in a box the return will be subject to a £15 return charge. Upon return to Cosy our returns team will inspect the goods prior to any refund being issued.

Return of non-faulty goods dispatched from third parties

Some of our resources are sent directly from third party suppliers, returns of such items are subject to their returns policies rather than our own and different return and restocking fees may apply, our customer service team are able to confirm if the item you’re considering returning is such an item and what the associated return charges will be.
