Can I track my website order?

When your item is dispatched you will receive a tracking number from our carriers. If you need an update on your order prior to dispatch then please contact us sales@cosydirect.com

Missing or faulty item from your order?

Please contact our customer services team via email sales@cosydirect.com or call 01332 370152 and we’ll get right on to it. When your item is dispatched you will receive a tracking number from our carriers.

How can I look after my Cosy items better?

Great, and yes some of our products do need a bit of care and attention to make them last as long as possible. Please refer to our Care Notes page for more information.

How long will my order take?

We aim to deliver all orders within 4-6 weeks. Please note in busier times this could extend to 8 weeks.

Will I receive assembly instructions?

Yes, within an email after you have placed your order. All of our care notes can be found on the care notes channel here.

What is upcycling?

At Cosy we are consciously sourcing environmentally sensitive products for both your indoor and outdoor settings. Upcycled means to reuse discarded objects or materials (such as tyres) in such a way as to create a product of higher quality or value than the original. Voila!
