Using the magnetic fishing rods, children can catch the lettered fish and place them onto the play boards to spell words. The double-sided boards offer 2 levels of play, making it easy to adapt the activity as children progress. Consonants are coloured blue and vowels red, helping children clearly identify letter types, while all letters are shown in infant Sassoon font for early years familiarity.
