We're passionate about making a difference with Cosy Direct through giving back to our local Derbyshire community. While our summers see many of the Cosy team giving back to the children of Derby through Derby Kids Camp, we also run lots of initiatives throughout the year!

This October is a great example of this, as six of our fantastic team members have spent the day Padley Centre warehouse, where they assisted with the donated Harvest collections, and created food and essentials parcels to help the Centre provide meals and resources to vulnerable members of the community.

The Padley Centre has supported people across Derby since 1985, supporting those at risk of homelessness, poverty and hunger. We're so proud of our Cosy team members who contributed to this brilliant cause. This year's volunteers ran across multiple different departments, and we really feel it boosts the community feel we have at Cosy and helps staff morale!

We're also shining a light in this post to our wonderful Celia from Sales, who regularly volunteers her time at the centre on the days she does not work here with us. What a gem.
