TERMS & CONDITIONS
All deliveries must be checked before they are signed for. Any deliveries that are signed as unchecked cannot be accepted as damaged or faulty. If a delivery arrives that looks damaged, take a photo and let the Customer Services Team know immediately. All deliveries are to ground floor pavement level.
On receipt of goods you have 7 days to report faulty, damaged or unsuitable items. Please either email firstname.lastname@example.org or call the Customer Services Team on 01332 370152.
Any non-faulty items you may return in its original packing and in a resaleable condition. Items marked with a may subject to a restocking fee. Please call the customer service team on the number above to discuss such returns you wish to make. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For the return of the items that are delivered direct from the supplier, contact the Customer Services Team on 01332 370152.
Once the items have been returned to us and inspected, we will either issue you with a replacement item or credit you invoice account or refund as per original payment method.
Goods should not be returned without first contacting our Customer Services Team. Should an item need to be returned, it must happen wiithin seven working days of receiving your goods. It needs to be in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Returns are subject to a chargeable collection fee.
When an item is faulty we reserve the right to repair or replace the item. If this is not possible a credit may be issued.
Payment is required in advance of shipment unless you are an account customer.
Prices quoted will generally be valid until 31st December of each year. However, we reserve the right to amend if required.
Delivery charges are stated for UK mainland shipments only. Please contact the Sales Team on the above number for international shipment freight costs. This covers some remoter parts of the UK mainland and includes Channel Islands, Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and other islands.
Prices quoted exclude VAT. This will be charged as applicable and will be seen on all invoices.
All goods will remain the property of Cosy until paid for in full.

Our business commitment is to deliver within the following time frames:
Usually up to 3 weeks for our smaller stocked items.
4-6 weeks for our made to order items
Orders over £200 (ex VAT) - Free Delivery.
Orders under £200 (ec VAT) - £5.95 (+VAT)
Orders with heavy/bulky products will be subject to a one-off £20+ (+VAT) carrier surcharge.
Items that are direct delivery from our 3rd party suppliers may occur additional delivery charges depending on postcode.

Amendments or cancellations will only be accepted in writing by either email to email@example.com or by fax on 01332 639924 quoting your cosy order reference providing the goods have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse,
or in the case of ‘made to order items’, the goods have not left our manufacturer’s warehouse or production has not started. If goods have been dispatched then the returns policy will apply.
You can cancel an order from the moment you place an order and up until seven working days after you have received your goods.
